Breust gets top job with agribusiness

18 Aug, 2010 09:44 PM
SOUTHERN Agventure (SAV) has appointed former Regional Express Airlines managing director, Geoff Breust as its chief.

In announcing the appointment, SAV chairman Dick Thompson said Mr Breust’s attributes were an ideal match and he was enthused by the new chief executive’s motivation.

SAV kicked off in 2009 with more than 160 investor/shareholders raising more than $800,000.

Its first project is the Wagga-based Southern Ag Grain (SAG), with Emerald Grain.
