Minister for Roads and Freight Duncan Gay has announced bullbars on light vehicles, within a reasonable tolerance of the requirements, will be given a two-year period of exemption from the vehicle registration regulations applying to bullbars in NSW.
“The Minister has acted quickly and sensibly in responding the concerns of NSW Farmers,” NSW Farmers President Fiona Simson said.
“It's a common sense solution while the Australia Design Standards are being sorted out.”
