Marcela, 19, grew up in Henty, regularly attended the field days as a child and now regards it as an honour to perform at the event.
She graduated last year from the Flying Fruit Fly Circus after a decade of training and eight years performing.
Since graduation, Marcela has taught circus to indigenous children in Jabiru, Northern Territory, and performed at the 2014 Sydney Hoopla festival.
“I will be returning to Jabiru to run another three week circus program as part of Kindred Circus in spring, ‘’ she said.
Marcela will move to the Canadian city of Montreal in February to further her circus training.
At the field days, she will perform each day at the Farm Gate Produce Market sound stage at 11am.
