The Routley family offered a selection of Bond and White Suffolk rams at their on-property auction at Urana.
In the Bond section of the catalogue Laurie and Pam Beer, "Woodbury", Deniliquin secured the top ram.
The son of Almondvale Thumpa was a stylish sire with a greasy wool percentage of 102 and he weighed a whopping 104 kilograms.
The Beer family secured three more Bonds and a White Suffolk ram for an average of $1580.
"We are reducing the micron across our mob and we want bright, soft-handling wool," Mr Beer said.
The Bond draft of rams returned an average of $1280.
Meanwhile, White Suffolk rams sold to a top of $1900 twice.
Repeat buyers Trent, Regina and Zac Gooden, "Yirdeen", Lockhart bought one of the top rams in addition to two other rams in the draft to average $1700.
The other top priced White Suffolk was bought by Anderson Farms from Moama. The same buyer secured two other White Suffolks and three Bond rams for an average of $1383.
