In the first four days support has flooded in showing the merits of the project and how excited local residents are to see Barry Lillywhite return to what he does best – making award-winning cheese.
The swell of support has been so great that Pozible have chosen the Coolamon Cheese project to appear on their homepage!
Coolamon Cheese has raised 12 per cent or $4985 to go towards the venture.
Coolamon Cheese must raise the $40,000 target by November 30.
Directors Barry Lillywhite also met with Costa Georgiados of Gardening Australia who was interested to hear about the plans.
Costa is an advocate for locally produced quality products and loved the idea of this new family venture.
