The Fact Sheet aims to help growers hone their leadership qualities and to understand the difference between management and leadership when managing a farm business.
Another element of GRDC’s Farm Business Management initiative, the Fact Sheet provides growers with links to other existing GRDC Farm Business Management resources on topics including labour management, improving time management and labour efficiency, making effective business decisions and simple and effective business planning.
