The 17-year-old student has a keen interest in both the stud and dairy industry.
She has participated in the National All Breeds Dairy Camp 2015 in Melbourne.
Sarah was able to be involved in this event for a second year after being awarded the National Centre of Dairy Education Australia (NCDEA).
At the event she won reserve champion senior parader as well as champion clipper and fitter.
"We visited an Illawarra and Holstein stud at Tatura and judged three different classes of cattle in a junior judging competition," she said.
The 2015 camp was focused on animal nutrition, with various presentations from industry experts.
Sarah, who is a member of Angus Australia, also attended the Angus Youth National Roundup at Wodonga.
At this event she was second in the paraders class and was also awarded an Angus Youth ambassadorship worth $500 to attend a leadership clinic in April.
Meanwhile, St Paul's College won the overall schools competition and the school will take delivery of an Angus steer donated by Keringa Angus Stud.
