The most spectacular bride of 2015 could be in our own backyard.
Simone McNabb nee Blomfield married Scott McNabb on September 26 and knew she would be entering Bride to Be magazine’s Bride of the Year competition.
“I brought the magazine when I was planning my wedding,” she said.
“I knew before I was married that I was going to have a go.
“The title, that’s a pretty exciting thing, it’s not a small thing.”
Mrs McNabb knew she wanted a traditional white wedding with a Catholic service and she and her husband tied the knot at St Michael’s Cathedral.
“It was a perfect spring day,” she said.
“I was pretty relaxed, the day went to plan.”
Mrs McNabb was selected as the magazine’s winner for the month of November last year and put into the draw to become Bride of the Year.
The winning bride gets a holiday to Bali and five-page spread in the magazine and she is calling on Wagga to help her out.
Vote for Mrs McNabb and read more about her wedding at www.bridetobe.com.au/entry-details/bride-of-the-year-2015-competition/simone.
Voting closes February 29 and the winner is announced on March 3.
