Hay Rodeo is set to attract some of the sport’s finest athletes from throughout Australia.
Australian Professional Rodeo Association (APRA) office manager Karen Burraston said former world all around and bull ride rookie champion Brad Pierce of Tooma will be one of the riders to watch.
He won the 2015 Saddle Bronc title in the APRA and is currently fourth in new season standings. He was second in Saddle Bronc with a score of 82 at Wagga Wagga early this month, two points behind winner Cooper Thatcher, of Gundagai.
Hayden Tyrrell of Boorowa, is a favourite for after a win in the bull ride at Wagga Pro Rodeo with a score of 84 on Horrible Manners.
The event starts at 6.30pm.
