Located 15km south west of Hillston, the 6592-hectare (16,289-acre) “Wilga” will be offered in two lots.
Improvements include a four-bedroom residence, men’s hut, five-stand woolshed and sheep yards, 25x10-metre bulk grain shed and cattle yards.
Stock and domestic water is available via two mains-powered submersible bore pumps, reticulated to tanks and troughs, a solar-powered submersible bore pump, and windmills to tanks and troughs.
The current cropping program includes 620 acres of last year’s cereal stubble, which is available for fallow or spray fallow for the forthcoming winter crop program. Further areas are available as required.
The grazing lands comprise open plains and scattered timber plains grazing with natural medics and herbage.
Cabbage Garden Creek water course traverses the property providing ideal timbered sheltered grazing areas.
“Wilga” carries a good body of dry feed and has a number of small paddock feedlot facilities with water troughs. Grain and hay storage includes seven grain silos and 25x15m hayshed.
