The new shareholders are part of the Riverina-based grain trading firm, which boasts a 44-year history in southern NSW.
They join current shareholders Andrea Nimmo, Carolyn Bartlett and Greg Carroll.
Croker Grain was established by Max Croker in 1973 and the first staff member was current managing director Greg Carroll.
The head office is located at Marrar and there are sites at Cootamundra, Ladysmith, Henty, Griffith and Berrigan.
“The three new shareholders are current staff members who will assist in safeguarding the future of Croker Grain,” Mr Carroll said.
