FOR the first time Huon and Challambi Charolais are joining together for a joint on-property bull sale at “Granite Hill”, 8km from Jindera.
This sale will become an annual event in the future, enabling buyers the opportunity to purchase an excellent range of top genetics.
Huon commenced stud operations in 2010 and Challambi in 2011, and both studs have heavily invested in their breeding programs.
Between them, the two studs are combining to offer 32 bulls, aged between 13 and 26 months, for sale.
Available for purchase are four outstanding homozygous polled sires, a desired trait which means every calf they sire will be polled.
Buyers will recognise leading genetics in each bull, offering highly sought-after progeny that will perform in feedlots or a grass based system.

These bulls – ready to work this spring – will produce offspring with adequate muscling and fat cover, placing them at the top end of the cattle market.
The goals at both Huon and Challambi are to offer some of the best genetics available in Charolais cattle.
The genetics of Charolais enables the breeder to gain hybrid vigour, meaning heavier calves at weaning and higher rewards at market. Buyers will not be disappointed.
The sale will be held on Wednesday, September 27 at “Granite Hill” Jindera, 20 minutes out of Albury, NSW, beginning at 1pm.
Access to the sale is also available via Auctions Plus.
