The property is 121.4 hectares (300 acres) on one title in the Snowy Valleys Council.
It is accessed from the sealed Munderoo-Ournie Road, and is situated 30km south of Tumbarumba and 30km from the village of Jingellic, where you can cross the Murray River into Victoria.
“Tombonda” is 80km east of Holbrook on the Hume Highway, 133km north east of Albury and 127km south east of Wagga Wagga.
