After years of lobbying farmers at Winchendonvale now have a mobile phone tower. Having service and making calls has allowed them to make the most of mobile technology.

It was also a chance for The Rural to have a look through the archives at some of the images which were used while these landholders were lobbying for better service.

Whether they were climbing up ladders or finding a highs spot on a property the pictures certainly told the story. 

The weed commonly known as hairy panic or witch grass has made a resurgence this month. And you don’t have to travel far to see the impact this weed has.
