Arrawidgee, which means “Ghost Gums,” has been held by the Whitehead family since 1935 and now presents itself to the public for sale by auction on March 28.
The property has a wonderful balance of country with a highlight of Yanko Creek country and approximately 17 inches of rainfall annually.
There is approximately 10 kilometres of creek frontage with its fertile alluvial type soils through to sandy loam undulating rises and red/grey open plain farming country.
Majestic stands of River Red Gums offer excellent shelter for livestock and native birds and animals on the property as well as Grey Box, Pine and Oak trees.
