“Rathmount” comprises four titles of 312.24 hectares (771.6 acres), 19km north-west of Wagga Wagga.
The homestead is rendered mud brick, has four bedrooms, one bathroom, a north-facing gas kitchen, living room with slow combustion heating and reverse-cycle air-conditioning.
