James Tierney and Tim Drum of RLA have brought 45 years of rural property marketing experience to their business by the addition of Bob Wheeler to the team.
Bob has sold all types of rural and lifestyle properties throughout the Eastern Riverina and is keen to take RLA into Rural Property sales at the highest professional level.
“Not only will we have access to all rural property internet sites, but we will also be making use of other media outlets to give our clients properties maximum exposure in the broad marketplace,” Bob said.
“In an increasingly sophisticated advertising market we plan to use outside professional services when required to provide the highest quality marketing material to ensure the maximum results.
“As a private company our greatest asset is we can market properties with all the electronic and media tools of larger companies, but we are able to inject individuality and vendor input into how and where advertising material appears.”
RLA is an active member (director) of RMA independent agents group, which assists private agents with livestock and rural property marketing. RLA also has a working relationship with city based rural property companies that will increase our exposure to overseas and corporate interests.
By virtue of the extensive livestock business around the eastern Riverina, RLA has the capacity to match retiring and relocating farmers to city lifestyle parcels.
RLA has recently relocated to offices at 57A Gurwood Street, Wagga (the former Sheekey Williams office).
