This year’s spring sale team of 73 bulls is the largest offering by Hicks Beef and will be available at their sale at Holbrook on September 5.

Hicks Beef offers a large range of hybrid bulls with performance figures from the US Multi Breed Register, which compares them directly to 17 million hybrids and purebreds throughout the world using the world’s most sophisticated performance comparison BOLT.

Genomic data is included in the analysis.

The hybrids offer greatly improved fertility and performance compared to purebred lines.

They also combine the superior muscle of European breeds with the marbling and fat cover of British breeds, for carcasses that have dominated the feedlot trial.
