And for the children there were wheels that would keep them smiling all day too.
With the site covering such a vast area Wagga siblings Alex, 5, and Maddie, 3, Chryssochoides had the right idea.
They had a cart to get them around the site. These carts were also popular with a group of young Henty boys who walked the site collecting plastic bottles and providing plenty of help for the organisers.
And for those who said they had tired legs after day one of Henty the organisers confirmed if you walked the entire site the distance as more than 14 kilometres.
Henty Machinery Field Days chairman Ross Edwards attributed the keen interest on day one to the good weather. He also said the event had something for everyone.
