Annette and Michael Tynan started breeding stud cattle over 25 years ago and moved operations from Crookwell to Wagga in 2005. They had established a successful Limousin stud, then in early 1999 they made the decision to breed Angus as well, before combining the two breeds in the Lim-Flex program.
Michael passed away in early 2016, but Annette has carried on with the stud.
“Birubi” has enjoyed excellent soil and pasture management, and is a productive and versatile parcel of predominantly yellow box red loam country with sandy loams found in smaller parts.
The property is securely fenced and watered with two bores, a reticulated livestock water system and eight dams.
As well as the original homestead, an additional, near-new three-bedroom brick manager’s residence provides quality living.
