The in-form cowboy scored 91 points from the judges during his ride on the McPhee Rodeo Company owned bull called Mr Fabulous.
Lynch said the ride was "up there with some of the best achievements" in his career on the Australian Professional Rodeo Association (APRA) circuit.
Narrandera is one of the premier events on the rodeo circuit and Lynch said the win was enough to keep him in contention in the APRA national standings.
The event also coincided with Whittlesea in Victoria. And those competitors keen to chase rides and points managed to fit both events in the same day.
