Light lambs sold from $114 to $123/head. Trade weights attracted strong competition, lifting $5 to $6/head. Prices varied from $125 to $155/head.
Heavy and extra heavy weight lambs were well supplied and held fairly steady.
Heavy lambs to 26kg sold from $150 to $170, with extra heavies receiving from $171 to $230/head.
Carcase prices averaged from 620c to 648c/kg cwt.
Mutton numbers comprised mainly Merinos and quality was mixed. Prices held firm, with Merino ewes making from $99 to $139/head.
Crossbred ewes sold from $100 to $130, with Dorpers receiving from $89 to $126/head.
