The combination of "Hillview", "Dunkeld" and "Hughenden" totals 1273.95 hectares (3148 acres) and will be offered as a whole or as the individual blocks.
"Hillview" was the original property acquired by the Williams family in the 1920s.
"Dunkeld" was added to the holding in 1961, with "Hughenden" brought into the fold in 1972.
This heavy carrying capacity country has most recently been running a self-replacing Angus herd.
The combined property has been conservatively farmed and has potential to run a highly productive mixed farming operation.
They are located 21km north of Leeton and 21km southwest of Barellan on the Brobenah Hall Road, which provides full bitumen road frontage.
