The combination of "Hillview", "Dunkeld" and "Hughenden" totals 1273.95 hectares (3148 acres) and will be offered as a whole or as the individual blocks.
"Hillview" (367.45ha/ 908ac) was the original property acquired by the Williams family in the 1920s. It has a three-bedroom home with new garage, silos and stock and domestic water.
"Dunkeld" (388.50ha/ 960ac), with its three-stand shearing shed, steel sheep yards was added to the holding in 1961. "Hughenden" (518ha/1280ac) was brought into the fold in 1972.
This heavy carrying capacity country has most recently been running a self-replacing Angus herd.
The combined property has been conservatively farmed and has potential to run a highly productive mixed farming operation.
They are located 21km north of Leeton and 21km southwest of Barellan.
