The Narrandera Cup day has always been a highlight on the social calendar and this year will hopefully be the same there is plenty of action on the track but the fashions on the field often rival in the interest of social racegoers as much as the races.
Last years Cup was a great race with what was the strongest field in history the quality of horses that will be on show this year is shaping up to be the same.
For those never having gone racing at Narrandera the facilities no matter what the weather are very comfortable and there is no problem getting a look at all the action.
All the facilities on course are open to everyone but tables and chairs and marques could be available for bookings call club secretary and functions manager Lee Sweeney on 0484 270 556 to book.
"The Club would like to sincerely thank Leeton Toyota for sponsoring our Cup over a number of years and also Proten as major sponsor of our other two meetings. All our associate sponsors are also thanked very much for their continued support," racing manager Michael Bailey said. "The day is a TAB meeting and broadcast on Sky Chanel so you can have a wager and watch the races if you can't make what is a great social day."
