Owned by the Munro family, which has been farming in the Coolamon district since 1880, there are eight farm build-up lots available in various titles, from 240 acres through to 1130 acres.

There are two homes on separate tiles - "Marieholm" has a comfortable five-bedroom home, while "Nardoo" has a two-bedroom weatherboard home (circa 1910) Rainwater tanks. Both have rainwater tanks and town water connected.
Improvements comprise a four-stand woolshed, steel and mesh sheep yards, steel cattle yards, a barn, two machinery/utility sheds with power, bulk grain shed with bitumen floor, new steel machinery shed with chemical shed and internal sliding doors plus roller door.
