However, owner Dan Carey is still pleased with what it has produced under the circumstances.
"The results have been pleasing in a very ordinary season for much of the area and at Moreton Park," he said. "The average weight is 78kg, with a high of 96kg and a low of 65 kg. The wool cut was 4.7kg with an average of 19.5 micron for seven months growth."
The stud started using the Smart Shepherd electronic mothering-up system in early August for its 2019 drop.
"All lambing ewes now have electronic tags with RFID collars on lambs and ewes," Dan said. "This procedure has improved the time efficiency and accuracy of mothering up."
