Despite the dust and rain, Tarcutta Horse Sports Community secretary Jasmine Allen said it was still a success.
"Lots of locals and everyone pulled it together to make it happen," Ms Allen said.
"We also had a few grey nomads in their caravans, so that brought a bit of business to our small town."
Ms Allen said that despite the numbers being slightly down because of weather, the committee was happy with the results.
"We had great feedback and lots of support from local organisations," she said.
"There were some amazing bucking stock and the horses proved a tough game for the bronc riders.
"The performances were amazing."
"We rely a lot on the community as a non-for-profit group, but the money just isn't in the community so we are extremely grateful for all the help we can get," she said.
