Light new-season lambs averaged $145/head.
Trade weights showed an easier trend with prices ranging from $151 to $184/head. Heavy and extra heavy weight lambs held fairly steady with heavy lambs to 26kg selling from $189 to $221/head.
Extra-heavy weights reached $240/head. Carcase prices averaged from 772c to 818c/kg cwt.
Heavy and extra heavy weight old lambs sold from $204 to $250/head.
Mutton numbers were made up of mostly Merinos and prices followed the weeks cheaper trend. Merino ewes sold from $116 to $200/head. Crossbreds reached $175 and heavy Dorper ewes sold from $144 to $180/head.
