Cagliari have fought back from a two-goal deficit twice to defeat Sampdoria 4-3 in Serie A thanks to Alberto Cerri's stoppage-time winner.
Joao Pedro's quick-fire double in the 74th and 76th minutes had brought the hosts level after Fabio Quagliarella's brace and a Gaston Ramirez strike looked to have set Samp on their way to victory.
Veteran striker Quagliarella opened the scoring with a first-half penalty and Ramirez made it 2-0 early in the second half.
Radja Nainggolan pulled one back for Cagliari, only for Quagliarella to restore the visitors' two-goal buffer a minute later.
But Cagliari fought back with goals to Joao Pedro before Cerri came off the bench to head in the winner in the sixth minute of added time, sparking wild celebrations among the home team and fans.
The victory lifted Cagliari back into fourth spot in the standings while Sampdoria languish in 17th, just two points above the drop zone.
