According to Meat and Livestock Australia's National Livestock Reporting Service light lambs were limited and averaged $153/head.
Trade weight lambs were $4 to $5 better with prices making from $161 to $204/head.
Heavy and extra heavy weight lambs lifted $10 with heavy lambs to 26kg selling from $207 to $240/head.
Extra heavy weights received from $237 to $298/head. Carcase prices averaged from 846c to 893c/kg cwt. Mutton quality was very mixed but prices continues to be strong.
Merino ewes sold from $110 to $222/head. Heavy crossbred ewes sold from $143 to $276 with Dorper ewes selling from $98 to $220/head.
