Located 24km north of Matong, 35km south of Ardlethan, 40km north west of Coolamon and 90km west of Wagga, the Hillview Aggregation has great access to livestock marketing facilities and multiple grain receival options.

In recent years the properties have produced prime lambs, wool, cereals, lupins, hay and silage.

There are two homes on the aggregation.

"Hillview" has a four-bedroom home with multiple living spaces, heating and cooling, and is set in an established garden enjoying an easterly aspect.

Infrastructure across the aggregation includes steel machinery sheds, workshop, a three-stand raised wool shed and yards, and four silos with a total of 280-tonne storage capacity.

Hillview Aggregation will be auctioned at 11am on Wdnesday, April 22.

The aggregation will be put on the block as a whole and then, if not sold, auctioned as individual parcels.
