Comprised of three parcels - "Hillview" (363ha/898 acres); "Yarrayna" (364ha/900 acres) and "Buckies" (213ha/527 acres) - in recent years the properties have produced prime lambs, wool, cereals, lupins, hay and silage.
There are two homes on the aggregation, "Hillview" having a four-bedroom home with multiple living spaces set in established gardens, and "Yarranya" having three bedrooms and an above-ground swimming pool.
All three parcels have road access.
Their soils comprise red and grey loams and have had a regular fertiliser history, and they return a rating of over 90 per cent arable.
Timber native to the land includes yellow and grey box, cypress pine, sheaok and rosewood.
Water is secured by two Federal Park Water Scheme connections to Hillview and Yarrayna, and there are 17 surface water dams and rainwater storage from the improvements.
Infrastructure across the aggregation includes steel machinery sheds, workshop, a three-stand raised wool shed and yards, and four silos with a total of 280-tonne storage capacity.
The aggregation is available for sale through expressions of interest, as a whole or as individual parcels.
