According to the National Livestock Reporting Service light store lambs were limited and sold from $80 to $140/head.
Trade weight lambs were $5 to $10 easier with most selling lambs up to 26kg from $180 to $210 with a few better shaped heavier lambs reaching $220/head.
Heavy and extra heavy weight lambs were well supplied and presented well though prices eased $10 to $15/head.
Most sold from $220 to $260 with an exceptional pen of lambs estimated at 40kg reaching a top of $310/head. Carcase prices averaged from 780c to 830c/kg cwt.
Mutton held fairly steady with quality being very mixed. Heavy crossbred ewes reached a top of $220 with woolly Merinos reaching $224/head and carcase prices averaged from 640c to 680c/kg.
