Meat and Livestock Australia market reporter, Graeme Richard said numbers were similar to the previous sale and included 1700 good quality new-season lambs.
Old lambs were mixed in quality and most were offered in small lots.
Trade and heavy trades were best supplied with a few extra heavy old lambs on offer.
New-season lambs were $5/head cheaper and the few old lambs with weight were dearer, mostly due to an increase in supply.
New season store lambs reached $148/head. Trade weights sold from $196 to $240/head or 930c to 980c/kg cwt.
Heavy weights reached $252/head. Old Merino lambs to restock reached $156 and those to the trade made $178/head. Extra heavy lambs sold from $266 to $310/head.
Mutton numbers halved and quality was very mixed with crossbred ewes making up nearly all sheep penned. Prices eased overall with heavy ewes selling from $188 to $215/head.
