And if you liked everything about GoT - the violence, the sex, the grand scale - then it looks like you're going to be hooked on this prequel.
The actual trailer doesn't give much away, there are fire and dragons, pouting women, jousting, sword fights and quite a few shots of that throne.
Matt Smith, who will forever be Prince Phillip (The Crown), plays Daemon Targaryen, gives us a little taste: "Gods, kings, fire and blood. Dreams didn't make us kings, dragons did."
What more could we hope for?
The series, currently in production and due to premiere on Foxtel in 2022, is based on author George R.R. Martin's Fire and Blood.
Set 200 years before the events of Game of Thrones, House of the Dragon tells the story of House Targaryen.
It stars Paddy Considine (Cinderella Man, The Bourne Ultimatum), Emma D'Arcy, Olivia Cooke and Smith (The Crown, Dr Who) as well as Australia's own Milly Alcock, who portrays a young Rhaenyra Targaryen.
