The work of Missionary of Charity Sisters in Peter Street has not escaped the admiration of livestock agent and agricultural stalwart Jeff Francis.
Mr Francis wanted the Missionary of Charity Sisters to see the operations of Australia's largest sheep and lamb selling centre.
His aim was to share the positive stories of the agricultural industry with the sisters who make such an enormous contribution throughout the Riverina community.
"We all went on the bus together on Thursday, by the time we got there Nutrien were selling," Mr Francis said.
"The sisters loved it," he said.
Mr Francis didn't rule out organising another visit to the Wagga Livestock Marketing Centre.
"I'm sure they would love to see the cattle sale, in the future, too," he said.
"They had never seen a sheep sale before so this was a whole new experience," he said after the Thursday visit.
