Rural Crime Investigators from Murrumbidgee Police District are investigating the theft of 25 Merino ewes from a property on Robbs Lane, Ungarie, between Tuesday 10 August and Sunday 26 September this year.

The Merino ewes had eight months' wool and were, at the time, scanned in lamb to Aussie White rams, from the same mob as the ones pictured (left).

These ewes would have lambed in late September and have thrown back strongly to the Aussie white breed.

The ewes are tagged with purple tags displaying Property Identification Code: NC142282.

They have no ear markings and have been mulesed.

Anyone with information, including the possible whereabouts of the ewes and lambs, please contact Murrumbidgee Rural Crime investigators on (02) 6969 4299 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
